 Consuming soft drinks is indeed not good for the health of our body.  Therefore, many people are turning to soft drinks specifically for the diet.  Soft drinks that are specific to the diet do appear to be relatively safe for health.  Because it does not contain a lot of sugar such as ordinary carbonated drinks so the caloric content is not too high


 Soft drinks that are specific to the diet generally use artificial sweeteners, such as saccharin, sucralose or aspartame.  However, special carbonated drinks for diet are still not good for the health of our body.  Even the dangers of soft drinks specifically for diet actually have a higher danger compared to ordinary carbonated drinks.


 Below are various dangers of consuming soft drinks specifically for diet for the health of our body:


 > Disrupt various systems in the body


 Mostly, special fizzy drinks contain artificial sweeteners which actually have a sharper taste compared to real sugar.  Consuming diet-specific soft drinks on an ongoing basis can actually disrupt various systems in the body, especially on the tongue that becomes unable to feel the natural sweetness.


 Artificial sweeteners have the same effect as real sugar.  Even artificial sweeteners can stimulate the hormone insulin and can cause type 2 diabetes.


 > Weight gain


 Special diet soda is low in calories but still can increase weight.  Special diet fizzy drinks can actually make the waist circumference bigger.  Even the risk of obesity occurs in people who consume dietary soft drinks more than 2 cans per day.


 According to a diet expert, the cause of increasing body weight is caused by psychological factors.  When the body does not consume calories, one can spend several pieces of pizza or two large-size burgers directly.  In fact, pizza and burgers have high calories.


 > Attack on type 2 diabetes


 Consuming a bottle of special soft drinks for a diet can increase the risk of metabolic syndrome by 36%.  Metabolic syndrome is a condition in which hypertension, increased blood sugar, increased cholesterol and an increase in waist circumference.  Someone who experiences metabolic syndrome is very high at risk of developing diabetes, stroke and heart disease.


 > Does not contain any nutrients


 Special diet soda is the same as carbonated drinks which only contain sugar and carbon dioxide.  The difference is the sugar used in soft drinks specifically for the diet is artificial sugar.  Both soft drinks and soft drinks specifically for the diet together do not contain any nutrients for our body.


 A good drink is water that really does not contain calories.  So, replacing water with a special carbonated diet is one of the most ridiculous ideas

> Can cause headaches


 Artificial sweeteners contained in diet fizzy drinks can actually cause headaches in some people.  People who often experience headaches and migraines can be one of them caused by consumption of soft drinks specifically for the diet.


 > Damaging teeth


 The content of artificial sweeteners in special soft drinks for excessive diet can also cause damage to the teeth.  In a study, it was found that tooth decay can be caused by the use of methamphetamine, cocaine and consuming too many soft drinks and soft drinks specifically for the diet.  damage to the teeth is more due to the content of citric acid in soft drinks can damage and weaken the enamel layer that protects the teeth.
